Shipping Policy


We ship out from our multiple US and international repositories. Depending on the repository, demand, and current stock, it usually takes 7-10 Business Days, until you’ll receive your order. It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, which will delay the shipping by a few days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

For all shipping options, there is a 1-3 day processing time.

We send items in multiple packages which allows us to speed up the shipping process. Please do not be alarmed if items are missing from a package. These items will arrive shortly in future packages. 

We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur, as in individual cases, we may run out of stock on products we’ve had plenty of orders on and have to re-order them. Thus, Shipping, though infrequently, can be delayed.

However, We are working around the clock with our shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event, your items won’t arrive at your door, check the following things:

1) Has one of your flatmates picked up your item?
2) Is there a similar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
3) Call your post-office and ask them about your package
